3 egg units
1 cup of sugar curd
½ american cup of oil
2 glasses of cornmeal curd
1 glass of milk cheese
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoon of flour
grated coconut to taste
How to make a blender cornmeal bread:
To make cornmeal cake from a simple blender, start by preheating the oven to 180 º C. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth dough.
Place the cornmeal bread dough in a previously greased and floured form. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, always checking the point using the toothpick test.
