2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)

 3 egg units

To the roof:

 1 can of sour cream

 peanuts to taste

How to make peanut cake with dulce de leche:

To make peanut cake with dulce de leche, start by crushing the peanuts in the food processor. Put the eggs, butter and milk in a blender and blend everything together. Add sugar and flour, mix without beating and add crushed peanuts.

Place the dough in a greased and floured pan and place in a preheated oven. Bake the peanut cake until golden, using the toothpick test to check the point. Let it cool a little and unmold.

To make the dulce de leche topping, cook the condensed milk in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. After that time, let it cool down a bit and open. Add the cream and mix everything. Cover the peanut cake with the dulce de leche mixture.

Tip: The 40 minutes of cooking should only be counted after the pressure cooker.

If desired, top with some peanuts. Your peanut cake with dulce de leche is ready to eat! We suggest that you serve the cake with a delicious functional strawberry juice.
